"Supernatural" Season 12 spoilers hint that Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) may be facing off against the Men of Letters in the upcoming season. According to Blasting News, the Men of Letters have been following the Winchester brothers for quite a while now and it looks like the story would focus on them next season.

Elizabeth Blackmore, who plays Lady Toni Bevell, will be appearing in "Supernatural" Season 12. This seemingly confirms rumors that Dean and Sam will be discovering more about the Men of Letters in the upcoming season of The CW drama.

There is also the ongoing mystery regarding Mary Winchester's return in the shocking season finale of "Supernatural" Season 11. It remains to be seen what her character's return would mean for Sam and Dean in Season 12.

Fans are also wondering whether they have seen the last of Amara (Emily Swallow) and Chuck (God) or whether these two will reappear in "Supernatural" Season 12. Buddy TV notes that Amara's death in Season 11 seemed a bit weak for the way her character acted for the rest of the season.
