Is my credit card information secure?

Absolutely. Supernatural Sickness uses SSL, the leading standard for digitally transmitting sensitive data, to encrypt our checkout process. SSL attaches a unique code to your credit card information that prevents third party sites from seeing or accessing it.

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

Of course! As outlined in our return policy, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please contact support@supernaturalsickness.com with your name, order number, and any changes that you'd like us to make.

Note : Once an order has been Shipped or Gone for Production You won't be able to Cancel the order

Where are your products shipped from?

We ship our products from a few different locations; this may cause some of the items in your order to arrive separately.*Duties, taxes, and/or import fees are not included in our cost of shipping.

I've placed an orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we print our clothing on demand and have different warehouses , we don't have all the items in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes. Simply follow the receipt link listed in your confirmation email to view the status of your order.

What is your return policy?

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

The account with which you made the purchase will be credited within three days from the time we receive your return; it may take an additional 7 to 21 days for the transaction to post to your account, depending on your banking service.

When will my order ship? (Applicable for US Orders Only)

Since our orders are printed on demand, it generally takes 3 to 5 business days per order before we ship it out for delivery.

Shipping Times Vary for all Products :

Generally Apparel Products are shipped within 3 to 5 business days Although Hand Made Products Take upto 1-4 Weeks Before they are Shipped (Almost 95% of our Jewelry are custom/Hand made)

Jewelry take 8-16 Days before They arrive at your Destination

Where is my order confirmation?

Sometimes our confirmation emails are identified as SPAM, so it may have landed in your SPAM folder.

I get an error message when I enter my tracking number. What's going on?

If your package is traveling within the United States:
Once shipped, it takes 24 to 72 hours for USPS.com to update tracking information on their website.

If your package is traveling outside the United States:
Unfortunately, once the package leaves the United States we're unable to track the progress of its delivery.

Do you carry petite, larger, additional, plus, or extended sizes of your clothing?

We know not everyone is built the same, and we do our best to offer sizing that accommodates all body types. Depending on the style of apparel, we carry sizes that range from XS to 5XL. Please note that our sizing options are limited to the availability of our apparel supplier.

Why does my shirt smell like vinegar?
Unfortunately that is part of the printing process. It is easily removed with the first wash, but that fixation agent is necessary to make sure the print is "set" on the shirt.

I received a Supernatural-Sickness gift card. How do I use it?

To redeem the value of your gift card, simply enter the card's 12-digit numerical code into the coupon code field at checkout.
