We at Supernatural Sickness know that our customers want their orders as soon as possible, and we do our best to get all orders processed and shipped out immediately.

All orders are shipped out within 2-14 Business Days from the time of the order being processed. If any unforeseen delays come up, a Customer Service representative will reach out to you and explain the issue, along with an updated Estimated Time of Delivery.

We ship most giveaway items from one of our warehouses in China, you can expect to receive it in 7-28 business days.

Jewelry

Our Jewelry Stock is shipped from our warehouse in the US/Uk/China.

You can expect to receive Your Order in 7-28 business days.  Most of the time you will receive your items within a 15 day period. (Almost 95% of our Jewelry are custom/Hand made - Usually it takes 1-4 weeks for us to prepare the item)

Shirts/Hoodies

Our clothing is printed and shipped from our warehouse in the US. We ship once a week so you can expect to receive it in 7-14 business days.

 

I've placed an orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package? 

Since we print our clothing on demand and have different warehouses in the US, UK  and China, we don't have all the items in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
