It's hard to imagine life without Sam and Dean Winchester but eventually fans will have to face the inevitable end of Supernatural. While nothing is set in stone, lead stars Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki already have an idea of how long they should stick around. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Ackles and Padalecki admit that they are focusing on the next big milestone -- hitting 300 episodes.  "In a marathon, I keep my sights on that next mile, wherever that might be," Ackles said.
