'Supernatural' Season 12 Spoilers, Latest News & Update: Castiel, Crowley Vs. Lucifer, Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles Admits Series' Pending Cancellation?

There are reports circling the internet that "Supernatural" season 12 might be the last for the series. These comes after the premiere of "Supernatural" season 12 last Sep. 13. Although the season 12 kickoff fared well and had fairly good reviews, cancellation issues for the next "Supernatural" season still surfaced.
"Supernatural" season 12 has seen a lot of ups and downs in the series and its longevity on air has made it a household name. Even if it experienced a change in network management, the series remained steadfast. However, all good things must come to an end, right? Will "Supernatural" season 12 be the farewell season for Sam and Dean?
Considering the plot and other forthcoming twists and revelations in "Supernatural" season 12, fans find it hard to imaging that this might be the last season. There are still lot of loose threads in the story which makes the possible cancellation of the series after "Supernatural" season 12 uncalled for and unnecessary.
Sam and Dean's reunion with their mother will be one of the highlights of "Supernatural" season 12. Aside from that, the viewers are also expecting the alliance of Crowley and Castiel to defeat Lucifer.
Mark Pedowitz, the president of The CW (the home of "Supernatural) said that he will back up the show as long as the ratings are stable. He also expressed his confidence that "Supernatural" season 12 will have another season in the near future even if he's not president of The CW anymore. Pedowitz assures that the network, together with the showrunners will do their best not to mess up.
Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki both have the same vision for "Supernatural" season 12. Both of them agree that the series need not have to have an expiration date. They are both optimistic that "Supernatural" season 12 will be a success and will eventually lead to a season 13. Catch the premiere of "Supernatural" season 12 on Oct. 13.

Best show ever!!! Please keep it going!!!
I’m gonna be praying that Supernatural will not be cancelled, I’m a big fan and like it was mentioned there are so many opened story lines that need to be closed.
All fans of Super Natural are hoping that this won’t be the season for the show. Including me. They will all be extremely heartbroken if the show ends. All fans are hoping this isn’t the end for all the characters. I personally wanted Jeffrey Dean Morgan to reappear on the show. There’s still so many possibilities left to explore for the show. And it’s characters. They have reported that the show has been picked up for next season.
